Patrick is a licensed Master Home Inspector holding other licenses such as HVAC contractor, Gas-fitter/Plumber, Certified for Radon Testing under NRPP(National Radon Proficiency Program), Certified Mold Assessor and Remediator under NORMI (National Organization for Remediators and Mold Inspectors), Certified by the EPA as an (RRP) – Renovate-Repair-Paint Contractor regarding lead paint remediation as well as having a Pesticide business license as both a wood-destroying organism consultant and pesticide applicator.

Having started inspecting because he wanted to help others understand how things in a home functioned, Patrick wanted to also help them know what they were buying. He says: “When I inspect and explain the findings to my clients, I speak from personal experience in most instances more so than what has been read from a book or watching videos.” Patrick takes the home inspection education process seriously, making it an enjoyable, never-ending learning experience.

Having been in the trades since 1997 and having 11 of those years in formal classroom technical schooling, Patrick now enjoys the home inspection business and working with his clients. He also enjoys the outdoors, cooking, and taking vacations when possible.
